Cancellation Policy

Please note that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required in order to cancel appointments. A cancellation fee, equivalent to the cost of a consultation, may be charged for non-attendance or any appointments cancelled with insufficient notice.

Please call or e-mail the reception of the clinic you are due to visit.

Results Policy

Investigation results can take between 7-10 days to be received.  If you have not heard from us, or have any queries, please contact our results team.

Significantly abnormal results (urgent) are fast-tracked to your doctor who will try to contact you straight away within 3 days of viewing the results.    

Please bear in mind; we will not normally leave a detailed message in case it is picked up by someone for whom it is not intended; please e-mail your doctor if you are having difficulty returning contact as this is the safest way.

Normal results or mildly abnormal results e.g. low iron, will be seen by your doctor who will relay his/her instructions to the results nurses who will then contact you.   For non-urgent results, we will normally contact you within 7-10 working days after receiving the result.
