This treatment is designed to help the new mother heal both physically and mentally with daily massage therapy followed by abdominal binding and application of a natural traditional herbal mask<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Massage helps to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>release tension often experienced from cradling and feeding a baby<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>provide a time for much needed relaxation, decreasing stress hormones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>promote endorphins and decrease stress hormones<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>release oxytocin that helps breast feeding by triggering the letdown reflex<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>stimulate the uterus to contract helping it to return to its pre-pregnant size<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Abdominal Binding using a long cotton cloth and the herbal mask can:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>expedite healing<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>help restore a new mother&#8217;s figure. Pregnancy can cause the two large muscles that run parallel down the abdomen to separate.
