What to Expect

Step 1: Consultation
In the initial session, we will complete a thorough assessment to understand your sleep difficulties and confirm whether CBT-I is suitable for you. We will also consider whether any additional tests or treatments might be helpful alongside CBT-I.


Step 2: CBT-I (6-8 sessions)
CBT-I is usually delivered over 6 to 8 sessions, held once a week or every other week. In each session, you will learn practical strategies to help you sleep better. These strategies are personalized to your sleep patterns and can be adjusted to fit your lifestyle.

Step 3: Long-Term Maintenance
