First Aid & CPR

A comprehensive, practical, group session.
This class is aimed at parents, parents-to-be and caregivers who will learn the e knowledge and skills to respond to a range of paediatric first aid situations and CPR of both adults and children.

This course is run by registered paediatric nurse and certified First Aid & CPR instructor, Laura, who has over 15 years’ teaching experience.

  • Four-hour course held on Saturdays
  • HK$800 per person or $1,400 per 2 same household members
  • Held at Central Health, Duddell Street
  • Training materials provided
  • Hands on practice with mannequins and supplies
  • A Certificate of attendance can be provided

The class includes:

  • Primary survey and recovery position
  • CPR – all ages
  • How to use an AED
  • Chocking – all ages
  • Anaphylaxis
  • Bleeding – major and minor
  • Breaks
  • Burns
  • Head injuries
  • Fever
